As an advisory office licensed by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, at the consultation stage we need a copy of your ID or passport in order to understand your legal position and give accurate advice. Any official documents relating to a government procedure are submitted by you directly to the competent authority.
The timeline varies with the type of activity and its licensing requirements. Straightforward activities take roughly two weeks on average once the required approvals are complete, while activities of a special nature such as factories, medical centres and pharmacies take longer. We set out the expected timeline during the consultation; filing before the official authorities remains something you do directly.
Yes. We advise on the requirements for entering the Saudi market as a Bahraini company: the options available, the documents required, the expected timeline and the estimated costs. We do not undertake any procedures on your behalf before any official authority.

Yes. All official procedures are carried out by you or your legal representative directly before the competent authority. Our role is purely advisory: we explain the steps and the documents required and prepare you for them, and we do not undertake any procedure on your behalf.
The most common entities are:
- sole proprietorshipSimple and quick to start, but available only to specific categories (Bahraini, GCC, American) and it exposes the owner to liability in their personal funds in the event of losses; it also carries its own requirements.
- Limited Liability CompanyThe liability of the partners is limited to the capital and does not extend to their personal funds, except in cases specified by law such as bad faith.
The type of amendment required must be specified (adding/removing a partner, increasing capital, modifying the activity, etc.). Following this, the meeting minutes are drafted, and a draft contract and necessary documents are prepared.
